Daddy was out of town for football, and the weather was gorgeous!!  So mommy decided we had to have some outside play time!  Perfect fall weather!  Mommy may have went a little overboard with the pictures here...  but when you have cute kids, who are busy bodies with so many photo ops, who could blame me!!   See for yourself!

Our little baby Raegan--is no longer a baby!

She is WALKING!!

She has been holding our hand walking for quite some time, then once she got brave enough went from three steps at a time to walking all over the house in a matter of hours (ok, maybe three days).

 And she is feeding herself--ok, trying to. 

Needless to say-we are all growing up! 

BIG DAY!!

Brooklyn was excited, smiling, and ready for her first day at Pre-K!!

When I went in to wake her up, her first words were "Big Kid School, Big Kid School, Big Kid School!"  She was excited!

And she looked pretty darn cute in her uniform!!

A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!!

Jamison said he wanted to go to "Carnee" too!  (Slow down buddy!  Mom can only handle so much!)

Gosh--I just love her to pieces!!

Daddy ran Jamison and Raegan to daycare and came back home.  Then, Mommy-Daddy- and Brooklyn walked to school.  Mommy's heart was beating fast knowing that she had to hold it together.  But walking side by side holding hands was one of the most precious walks and memories I have with this big girl!  We are so proud of her, and how brave she was! 


We made it to school and walked down the BIG hallways to her classroom.  We found her locker outside of her room (mom still holding it together) and made our way into her class (still doing good).  We found her name and she sits and her table.

Then do you know what happens--(no-mom doesn't lose it)  Brooklyn says "BYE!"  That was it-she was done with us-ready to fly on her own-no need for mom and dad to be there!-  That is what broke my heart!  I started to get some tears in my eyes--looked at Chris and said--I got to get out of here before I lose it.  I shed a few tears, told her Goodbye and to have a good day, and I made it out of the building.  (And never completely lost it!)

She had a great first day--she reported nothing was bad about her day.  The best part was "It was her first day and she loved it."  I think the thing she talked most about was the bus ride from school to daycare after! 

So proud of this little girl!!  A new schedule for us--a new routine--and I guess we just better get used to it!  Many more school days ahead of us!
