Last day of Kindergarten

Proud girl officially completing Kindergarten!!

All smiles for the last day of school!

 CUTE KID ALERT!

For the last day of school mommy and daddy got to go have a picnic lunch with her.

We are so proud of Brooklyn and how well she has done this year in Kindergarten!  She is reading all by herself and one pretty smart little cookie!

Looking forward to a busy fun summer, and can't wait to see what First Grade has in store!

SOLD

We did it!  We sold our house!  We decided about two months ago to put our home on the market.  We knew we needed a little more room for our family.  But it is very bittersweet, as we love our house!  This was our first house, the one Chris and I first bought, and that he proposed to me in!  This was the house that I brought all three of my babies home to!  So many great memories at this house!

But it is now time to get excited for our adventure of moving!

We will be staying in Tulsa and moving a little less than a mile away!  We have found a wonderful house that we are very excited about, I think it is just perfect!!!!!!!  Stay tuned for new house updates and pics!

Brooklyn turns SIX!

I honestly can't believe that Brooklyn is turning SIX!! Yes, SIX YEARS OLD!  It seems like yesterday that we were new parents with a beautiful new baby girl!!  And now she is about to finish Kindergarten!  I love her more than I can even tell her!!

We started the day off with some fun donuts, and then went to church.
Then we picked up some Pizza and enjoyed lunch with Papa Vince, Grandma Mary and Great Grandma Kingsley.

Then it was present time-and from the looks of daddy's picture in the background he was excited!

A cupcake shirt from Grandma Mary!

This was Brooklyn's reaction when opening her BARBIE!  She recently asked for a few Barbie things, but I acted like I wasn't listening, and been telling her the last few days that I didn't know she wanted anything, and was teasing that I didn't even buy her any presents!

And THEN, she opened a BARBIE Bedroom set that she was IN LOVE WITH!!
Loved seeing how happy and excited she was!!

She also got a keyboard from Grandma Iowa that she was excited about, and a few games, and lots of clothes and some pajamas!  This girl is spoiled, and worth every penny!!

Then it was time to blow out six candles on her cupcake!

(I love Jamison in the background of this pic watching with a calm excitement for Brooklyn!)

Love Brooklyn's face in this pic (Mommy's face--not so great!)

Then we devoured our cupcakes and ice cream...

EVERY.LAST.DROP!

We had a great day!  And more importantly Brooklyn had a great day!!
So proud of the young lady she has become!  She is a great big sister, she has been doing great at reading, loves school, has been loving Girl Scouts, sings in the choir and church, playing soccer, and enjoys helping mom cook in the kitchen.  (Not to mention quite a temper, bossy, and can have quite the temper :)!  I love her hugs and kisses, and can't imagine my life without her!!  Looking forward to continue to watching this girl grow!

We love you all the time Brooklyn, to the moon and back and back again and again and again!!!
Happy sixth birthday!

Brooklyn's Birthday Weekend

We decided that to help celebrate Brooklyn turning SIX, we would go for an adventure!
So off to Seminole OK to the Jasmine Moran's Children's Museum.  None of us had ever been there before, but mommy had heard good things!  And boy--what a treat!!

And boy were we excited to see what was inside!!

Look at these three A-DOR-A-BLE Kids!!!

There were so many great areas!  A room of fun mirrors, a construction area, which Jamison was in love with....

...an area to see what it would be like to have different disabilities,

and then we all got a chance to drive this old ride-
mommy and daddy took the back seat for once and let the kids be in charge!

Then we were mechanics and did some tire changes and other work!

And a quick chance at being a pilot!

And then it was time for the news!

I think this was one of our favorites!  The tubes had a big air flow going through, with opening as the end that you could push scarves and balls through and they would shoot out!  It was pretty cool!

A big ol' light bright!
Brooklyn was right at home being the teacher!

And they were all great at the grocery store!!  I though this area was pretty cool!

A quick arts and crafts break.

Then off to fight some fires!

We did some painting in the construction site.
And ended outside with a few things!

It was a great time!  We spent about 3 hours there, and there were so many areas that I didn't get pictures of!  It did not disappoint one bit!! FUN FUN FUN!!

What a great last day of being Five for Brooklyn!
